Before we start manufacturing, please complete your payment by credit cards payment via PayPal.

Checking your products and pre-production sample

We produce pre-production sample for you to check it before mass production.
Scanned sample via email (free of charge) or physical sample (additional charge) are available for you to check your sample.
If you choose to check samples by scanning, please note that there might be color difference depends on displays or shooting environment.
If you wish to check detailed textures or colors, please check physical pre production samples.
We produce your products based on samples that you confirm.

Unacceptable designs

Some designs are not acceptable.

Design that is difficult to produce considering product strength.
Copyrighted design held by third parties without permission.
Designs against public order and standards of decency.

Delivery date

Standard delivery date is shown on each product information, automatic quotation and order submission pages. Please note that it may take few days to determine final design.
Final delivery date must be informed to you after your final design is decided.

Cancellation, Return and Exchange

We produce pre-production sample for you to check it before mass production.
We cannot accept cancellation after making pre-production sample.

[Return and Exchange]
Please check your product and see conditions after you received.
If you find the damage or your product is not same as the pre production sample that you confirmed, please let us know within a week from the date you receive your product. Scanned sample via email (free of charge) or physical sample (additional charge) are available for you to check your sample.
We do not accept any return or exchange because of the reason of your side.
